Gestes barrières

COVID 19 : your visit to the Océarium

This opening is motivated for the following reasons:

  • The Océarium du Croisic is a vast site for visitors to maintain the required social distancing,
  • A precise sanitary protocol is in place to allow visitors to visit the entire aquarium, avoiding any gathering and ensuring the flow of traffic,
  • The configuration, the one-way visit, and the area (1700m² and 250m² for the Cape Penguin outdoor area) allow you to move around the aisles smoothly, even during peak traffic.

Sanitary measures for Visitors and Teams of the Océarium:
The Océarium team is happy to welcome you again. However, we have decided to institute essential measures to ensure a visit that meets the requirements and recommendations of the authorities.
We offer visitors the option of purchasing and paying for entrance tickets through our online ticket office. Depending on the number of visitors, e-ticket holders as well as Océarium Pass subscribers will access the park via a dedicated lane, ensuring a lower queue.

For the purchase of tickets at our reception, we encourage payment by contactless credit card. Our terminals will be regularly disinfected.

During the visit, the wearing of a mask is compulsory for adults and for children from 11 years old. Respect the distance of 1 meter minimum between each family, respect the markings on the ground reminding of social distances, and wash your hands regularly and apply hydro-alcoholic solution. Distributors will be available at several strategic points along the tour route.
Disinfection of toilets and surfaces will be carried out regularly with a disinfectant product standard EN 14476.
The loan of strollers and wheelchairs will no longer be offered.
Clothing, bags and helmets will no longer be accepted for deposit at reception. If needed, disposable and cloth masks will be available for sale.

Please respect the signs and apply barrier gestures when visiting the Océarium du Croisic.

Océarium teams will be equipped with protective masks. Translucent panels will be installed at checkout level.

A visit arranged to ensure the safety of visitors
To ensure the fluidity of the visit and avoid grouping of visitors in the same space, daily entertainment is suspended until further notice.
The visit circuit is designed to reinforce one-way traffic and will allow the observation of all the animals in the aquarium.

A visit application (French and English) is available for the convenience of the visit. It can be downloaded before your arrival and does not require a network. It can be used as an audio guide.
