Peak season runs from mid-July until the third week of August. During this period we recommend you visit on weekends, on sunny days and early in the morning. With the exception of bank holiday weekends, Saturday is normally the quietest day of the week. If it is raining, it’s better to visit in the morning.

The Coralline shop is open to all members of the public whether or not they have visited the Océarium, whenever the aquarium is open.

We do not offer discounts for teachers.

At the Croisic port (near the Océarium) you will find a large selection of restaurants, crêperies and snack bars. There are also picnic spaces near the Océarium.

It is not possible to eat inside the Océarium. All food is prohibited inside.

Yes, the aquarium has a free car park. It is neither manned nor under surveillance. Special spaces are reserved for buses and visitors with disabilities. It closes at 6 pm from September to March, 7 pm from April to August.

Yes, there is an area reserved for camping cars solely for use when visiting the Océarium. It is not possible to park there overnight.

Pushchairs can be borrowed from the reception at the entrance to the park. A piece of ID will be requested as a deposit. Only a limited number of pushchairs are available. They cannot be booked in advance. The toilets near the reception are equipped with a baby changing table. You can also ask to use a microwave at the reception.

The entire park is wheelchair accessible. Wheelchairs can be borrowed for the day. A piece of ID will be requested as a deposit.

The Océarium does not have any locker facilities. As part of the Vigipirate plan, luggage is also no longer allowed inside the park.

Dogs and other pets are not allowed inside the Océarium du Croisic. Only guide dogs are permitted. No kennels are available.

It is not. For health and security reasons, the behind-the-scenes areas are not accessible to the public.

Yes. The Pass’Océarium allows holders to visit the Océarium du Croisic as often as they like for 1 year. The pass is nominative and includes a photo. Various benefits are available to pass holders. Click here for further information.

COVID-19 – Any exit from the Océarium is permanent.
